Quitting Sugar: Day 6

Today is my sixth day of quitting sugar, and it went pretty well. I had to stay home all day because someone came over to fix the roof. For dinner, though, I ate quite a lot of fish, and it had a very strong flavor that left my stomach feeling a bit off. To get rid of the taste, I drank some iced tea with a little bit of sugar, about 100 calories. I think that’s fine.

  1. Day 2 here, lol. Read ur blog and was like, why not try it too? Quitting sugar is wayyy harder than I thought—feelin that low energy alrdy! Glad I’m not the only one tho. Thx for posting and keepin me going!
