Quitting Sugar: Day 2

Today was a day of rest and small victories on my journey to cut through my habits. I spent most of the day catching up on sleep, going from 10 p.m. last night to 2 p.m. today, and then again from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. It felt like my body really needed that break.

In the evening, I played some Warcraft 3 with a friend. It was a good distraction from my cravings for soda and bubble tea—things I’m trying to cut back on. I felt a little off and maybe even a bit stuffy, which I think is my body adjusting to the lack of soda. My friend gave me some juice, which helped ease the acidy feeling and made me feel a lot better.

Overall, I think I did well today, managing to avoid the usual sugary drinks and taking steps toward healthier habits. Small steps forward, but progress nonetheless.
