Today, I ordered a milk tea with no sugar from Moge Tea while studying there. It tasted quite bitter and somewhat awful, but still drinkable. I sipped it slowly over about an hour until I finished it all.
While having no sugar in the milk tea is okay-ish, I realized that the bitterness of the black tea greatly increased my appetite, which isn’t good for weight loss. I should avoid milk tea, even without sugar, from now on.
